Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewellery, but if you change your mind, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

• Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on:

• Custom or personalised items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
